Alyce Parson's has trained image consultants in the U.S., Canada and Australia, offering Continuing Education Units through training programs and AICI related events. Dawn became Director of Operations at Universal Style International in the beginning of 2016. She is a graduate of the Conselle Institute of Image Management, a charter member of The Expressive Image Therapy Association and a member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). Dawn has over 15 years of corporate training and development.

She is an award-winning professional writer, editor, video producer, accredited retail marketing expert and special friend, whom Alyce Parsons met in 2002 dyring Alyce's second presidential term with the Bay Area Chaper of AICI, where she served on the boared as VP/Marketing. Our first style collaboration was on the workbook, Getting to Y.E.S. (Your Essential Style): Finding Your Hidden Resource to Maximize Personal and Professional Success (2004). Carol Ann is no stranger in the fields of publishing and marketing, she conributed her taletnts to ensure a book that is beautifully written, designed and insipred. Carol Ann is co-founder of MillerMania , a video production/marketing company, based in Camino, CA.
Mimi Dorsey MBA AICI CIP
Mimi Dorsey is an Image Consultant based in Southern California. Her company Unique Image Design Consulting provides complete appearance, style, and wardrobe services to individuals and business seminars on a range of image related topics for companies and organizations.She is an associate trainer in the Universal Style System, and collaborated on the StyleSource text.
Mimi has been awarded the Certified Image Professional (CIP) designation by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She is currently the Vice President, Marketing for the Southern California Chapter, and served a prior term as Vice-President, Member Communications. In 2007, she received the So Cal Chapter Member of the Year award for service to the organization.
She holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree, as well as an undergraduate degree in English Literature and Theater Performance from Cal State University Bakersfield. Prior to her image consulting career, Mimi worked for twelve years in marketing at an import/export firm, working with a number of international businesses
